46" Dynex LCD TV is Jumpy and Blurry.?

My husband and I bought our first tv the other night. Neither of us grew up with one so don't really know what we're doing. It's being used for wii games and occasional videos. And again, we got a Dynex 46" lcd. We got a cheaper brand because it was more affordable. I was pretty excited BUT after viewing on it, I don't know if it's the size, brand, or what but I am not very happy with the quality. I'm used to viewing videos on a 19" computer screen where the image is very clean and sharp and the color is perfect, so maybe it's just something I'll have to get used to it being on a big tv or any tv period? We messed with the settings some and got the color some better but peoples faces still look rougher and almost bumpy compared to the computer where it's all smooth and clear. Is there a setting I'm missing that can fix it? And when the camera is like sweeping over a room or sometimes someone is just bending down quick, it's more blurry and kind of jerky. Almost makes me have a headache after a while. We were thinking of bringing it back and trying a plasma but I wanted to get some advice from you all first and make sure I'm not just missing anything. Would a more expensive brand not do this or does the bigger size make it more fuzzy? Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!
