hi this question isnt about me so dont call me an idiot but who you can call an idiot is my older sister (22) she bought tapeworm tablet thingies from the internet to get thinner. she is very thin and i dont understand why she would do something this idiotic. she only told this to me her boyfriend and her bestfriend, and also asked us not to tell my parents. im obviously gonna tell and not just gonna ignore this, because i heard tapeworms can kill someone. she is older but her brain is as small as a flee she still thinks she is gonna get thin and doesnt care bout the fact that she may die please help! im only 16 i dont know what to do!!!!!!!

Bell & Howell Electric Eye camera?

I found one of these little 8mm cameras in my mom's attic and I would like to know more about it. I wound it a little and tested to see if it would roll and it did! It was a little hard to wind and and the roll sounded a little jerky, but the little film meter moved from 15 to 20 throughout my test so I think there is still film inside. I'm not filming over anything from 40 years ago am I?! I'm afraid to open the camera to get to the film because won't the light ruin it? I've never done video film before only photograph film but I would love to use this camera. I also found a Bell & Howell 8mm projector and a reel of used film that I would like to project and watch! All this stuff is very old and I'm afraid to mess it up. The camera was just sitting in a pile of fibergl insulation! I wiped the outside gently with a wet cloth and so far I haven't done anything with the projector but move around the take-up reel. What should I do before attempting to use these things and then how do I use them?

I haven't been on BC this month. I believe my last period started on May 14th. I obviously can't test yet so I need opinions. During my typical period I have insane cramps the day before my period and then it starts. When I was in middle school there was this guy in my p.e. cl who was the biggest i have ever met. 2 weeks before school ended him and his buddies started ganging up on me in that cl. So, a couple days ago my friend fed my dog jalape�o chilli pepper flavored beef jerky and for the past couple days he's been vomiting a lot. He won't eat very much, but when he does he throws it back up. We tried making him boiled chicken and rice, but he didn't even take an interest in it. Why does no contact/limited contact work when trying to get back with an ex?

What i mean is.. after a breakup it seems like the best course of action to reconcile a relationship is no contact or limited contact. Why does this work? Doesnt it paint the picture that the person (the one who has been dumped) doesnt care about you or has moved on? I just dont see the logic behind it. I was also in the military during the 1980's and doctors told me I could not have children, there was something medically wrong with me and that I needed the birth control pill like a diabetic needed insulin. It wasn't until I was out of the Air Force that I found out this "medical issue" was just a lie the military told women so that we would not have children. The military didn't want female soldiers to have kids, so it was some kind of sick joke they told us so we wouldn't have kids. I can't sue the military now. The military mistreats most of the people in there. I am sorry they treated you so badly. Don't let them continue to bully you, you don't deserve that. the older the wooden and steel rides the more likely they would be bumpy. Like wooden coaster " Thunder Hawk" at Dorney Park PA. Help! just had surgery for ovarian cysts a week ago and drs on vacation!!!!!?

I have been in and out of the doctors all months to figure out what's the severe sharp pain in my mid back and my right side would have spasms. First it was a kidney infection and a uti.. got my antibiotics and took that whole prescription like I was suppose to. Next day pains right back. So I go to the doctor again. And then he thought I was sinsitive in my women area and thought it was another infection. He gave me antibiotics again and ordered me to see a gyno asap. So next day I went. And he examined me and I was just really sinsitive. So he ordered a sonagram. So I went the next day and got it. And by this time the pain is unbearable and he looks and sees a lot of fluid around my right ovaries. Then he thinks I have appendicitis and he thinks mu appendix ruptured. So got rushed into surgery. Came back to it. And he told me. I had a ruptured cyst and I was bleeding internally, I'm severely constipated. My livers stuck ( not functioning like it should cause of infections) and I'm probably going to have problems with my liver and my appendix. But my concern is I'm si tired but can't really sleep. My heads killing me, and all that pain I had in my back before I went to surgery is back and worse. I'm getting so irritable and snappy at everyone and no one wants to be around. I don't like this and I just want to be better. But idk what to do cause my Dr. On vacation, and I'm so mad at his nurses for sending me back to work 4 days. Later, and I lift 120 + pound people all day. With 3 places. I have stitches including inside my belly on. Am I still suppose to be in this much pain, and tired, and enraged all the time? I need advice PLEASE HELP! !!!!!!!!

My Samsung Blu-Ray player won't play Blu-Ray discs any more...what gives?

My Samsung BD-P1500 Blu-Ray player used to play DVDs and Blu-Ray discs with no problems for a good 2 years. But then last year, watching The Dark Knight on Blu-Ray, I noticed skipping and jerky frame jumps during certain scenes. I thought something was wrong with the disc. Then I noticed that same problem occurring on other Blu-Ray discs, again only during certain scenes. And then soon after, some Blu-Ray discs stopped playing altogether. The player would just spit it out during loading saying "This disc is cannot be played." However, DVDs still play fine. I read on some forums that I should try firmware updates. I did an update a month ago. It made it even worse. Now I get the "cannot be played" message on all my Blu-Ray discs! I looked for another firmware update to see if that would fix it, but apparently I have the latest. There are no further updates. What is this film geek supposed to do???

Lost package in eco-complete substrate?

I remodeled my planted tank and added 20 pounds of eco complete substrate. I forgot about the little package it had to clear cloudy water. Right after I dumped all the substrate in my tank, I realized the package was missing. I tried looking for it for about half an hour and finally gave up. Now, I think the package thing in it's wrap is somewhere in my 40 pounds of substrate (20 gallon high tank). Will this cause any harm of my fish when I add some? My shrimp? My in snail? Baby slider turtle help?

Okay 3 days ago I found a baby red eared slider turtle, hes about the size of a quarter. He's been living in my sink and I've tried to feed him earth worms, beef jerky, carrots, some other green veggie that idk the name of. She may be in severe pain. My vet gave me the option to buy a pain killer in liquid form when I had my female kitten fixed. So I bought it. Also, the cone only scared her more. I took it off and she settled down considerably. I watched and she didn't lick that much so I never put it back on, it just scared her. You could check with a local vet to see if they would sell you a pain killer. It only took one dropper full every 24 hours and for only 2-3 days. Then she was fine and healed right up. Part of my dogs tail is dead and dry and part of the bone is sticking out?

I called the vet and they are going to try to fit him in but what can i do for him before we get to the vets ? I got him yesterday and half his tail is DEAD its dry like jerky almost and the bone is just sticking out. He has no feeling at all in it and there is no blood. He chewed it open last night and still no blood its just dry jerky like skin stretched over bone. I have a 2003 Dodge Intrepid SE 2.7L. My RPM will not go over about 2500, my gas mileage is horrible, and it feels kind of jerky sometimes. I got an error code that said the camshaft position sensor is bad so I changed it and its still doing the same thing. I put it new catalytic converters , got a computer reset, new oxygen sensors and nothing helps. I googled alot of things and nothing seems to help. Why is my computer suddenly so slow?

I was having the same problem (3 year old laptop) and I also have the most up to date virus protection, etc. My problem ended up being a cooling problem. Over three years my fan had stopped working efficiently and build-up within the internal components was causing the GPU and CPU to warm up more quickly. If you can open the case, clean the internal components and check to see if you fan is working properly, this should alleviate your problems (should run like it's brand-new if it's the same problem I had). 46" Dynex LCD TV is Jumpy and Blurry.?

My husband and I bought our first tv the other night. Neither of us grew up with one so don't really know what we're doing. It's being used for wii games and occasional videos. And again, we got a Dynex 46" lcd. We got a cheaper brand because it was more affordable. I was pretty excited BUT after viewing on it, I don't know if it's the size, brand, or what but I am not very happy with the quality. I'm used to viewing videos on a 19" computer screen where the image is very clean and sharp and the color is perfect, so maybe it's just something I'll have to get used to it being on a big tv or any tv period? We messed with the settings some and got the color some better but peoples faces still look rougher and almost bumpy compared to the computer where it's all smooth and clear. Is there a setting I'm missing that can fix it? And when the camera is like sweeping over a room or sometimes someone is just bending down quick, it's more blurry and kind of jerky. Almost makes me have a headache after a while. We were thinking of bringing it back and trying a plasma but I wanted to get some advice from you all first and make sure I'm not just missing anything. Okay, so here's a little back info. We have lived at our current place for just at 2 years now, and we have had problems with our fridge from the day we moved in. From Day one, the fridge leaked heavily from the top down, and pooled into the produce drawer (it's a traditional top freezer fridge btw) and we've called over 10-15 times to have That fixed. Maintenance comes out, they basically drain the water and leave. The liquid smells so foul like mold. We stopped calling about that issue because the NEVER fix it. Why is my CPU usage so high when on the internet?

I switched from Internet Explorer to Google Chrome- which has done nothing for the problem. That was a suggestion I had gotten from somebody. Some days it can handle how high it is and run ok but today it's very high and running slow and jerky again. my mother in law is from mexico and hardly speaks alot of english. I married her son who speaks fluent english and spanish. She has always been nice to me but I came to find out that her niece got killed by a her black baby's father 8 years ago. This has made her despise african american people. Beef Jerky. Mold or Salt?

My grandmother just bought me 2 beef jerky sticks (Matador). I noticed immediately that one was kinda limping over while the other stood straight up. So I ate the one the second one. I looked at the limpy one and seen that it had some kinda of white stuff on it, so I didn't eat it. I am still afraid that the second one was unclean, so I am asking if it was. Why does it seem when a new COD comes out pc users need a upgrade?

This is a simple to answer question that seems to make me mad as well. First of all they are trying to keep up with the other shooter's graphics. A lot of PC gamers want to have higher graphics then the console players so they make sure you have to update. They are trying to keep with games like Battlefield 3 coming out on the Frost byte engine which looks like it is going to look amazing. Without an update there would be a lot of complaints and they could not win the shooter war. The reason they are going on the path of steam is due to the fact that they truly would rather have non dedicated servers which means less cracked servers making it harder for pirates to play online. I admit I loved the days of dedicated servers on the COD series and that is why they brought them back on COD:BO. I hated the servers in MW2 so I use AlterIW Net servers because they are dedicated and have mods and admins.

I just found out my cat and dog have fleas. I gave them both baths with flea killing shampoo and picked out all the dead and alive ones then did it again. 1995 YZ 250 fouling plugs?

Diet for losing weight and gaining muscle?

Well this summer my goal is to cut down a lot of fat and gain muscle. I am right not 5'10" at around 155 pounds with 20% body fat. Is it possible to get that body fat down to 10-12% over this summer or even a 4-5 month period? This summer I am planning on working out every other day, with me playing tennis for a hour and a half and then heading to the gym to lift weights and work out each muscle for a couple of sets. Another key thing is obviously diet, what should my meals consists of and not consist of? I am going to cut out soda and sugar completely, and cut out fast food also except for subway. What are the types of foods I should mainly eat? Is beef jerky a healthy snack? Are there any supplements or energy type things I should take? How does the resistance of something change at different voltages?

I was wondering about whether or not 120v would be likely to kill you. I had doubts because I know that V = IR, and after testing my skin resistance, and doing the math, I found that 120v actually wouldn't be enough to even feel. Obviously, I got it wrong. Someone said that the reason I was wrong is because I tested my skin's resistance with a multi meter powered by 9v, and at higher voltages the resistance of your skin actually changes. So I liked this one girl from 6 to 8th grade. In 6th grade she didn't like me back but went out with a whole bunch of jerky guys and I was always there for her. Wow, if there's someone that shouldn't complain about rigged games is Heat fans. The whole damn NBA is staged and rigged. dont use your stove that is called bacon. Anyways, my suggestion is to get a dehydrator to actually produce the jerky then if u want u can get a smoker to provide extra flavour. This will rack up a few pennies but it makes the best beef jerky ever. I do not have a recipe on hand but it isnt hard to find one or two you like on the internet and try them out. Good luck.

The Mavs are a fantastic team and so are the Heat neither have done anything wrong and both sides have played a great game I don't think the refs have been biased even though most of the calls have favored the mavs they have just been completely incompetent that there has been no rhyme or reason to anything that they call. This game is getting a little out of hand, I'm not going to say the refs are cheating but if I had to grade the calls they have made so far they would get a "D-" the Mavs should definitely not have twice as many free throws as the Heat. If your going to call ticky tack fouls on the Heat call them on the Mavs as well.

Instead of putting them into pounds where they will be killed, why not just turn them loose and p a new law where communities have the rights and responsibilities to feed and shelter strays.Or the humane societies could give homeless pets to families and instruct them to care for them. Hi I use to buy this kind of beef jerky stick when the ice cream man come he carry lots of them in his ice cream truck. It is different from other beef jerky stick. It has a soft bite to it every time when you bite it taste so good the white juice kind of flow out of it making you wanted to eat more and get hooked on it. I don't see it sell in store no more. Would I be right to distance myself from her?

To make a long story somewhat short, I am inlove with my best friend. She and I are in our 40s. This person is divorced and was involved in two separate and long term relationships that didn't work out. During those days, she lived in other parts of the country while my I never had a romantic relationship. In many ways, she's been good to me and for me. While needing to go to bed for work (last week since she occasionally crash at my apartment until she was able to move her to her new apartment which is at the same complex), I decided to let this person hang out at my apartment since she was sleeping over tonight as I stated. While I had to use the bathroom the first time around 4 AM, they both looked almost surprised as if they were about to kiss. I was not sure, so I used the bathroom. Afterwards, I stayed awake pretending to be asleep hearing talk and occasionally mumble. I heard softly say "that I was at ______'s house." When I went to the bathroom the second time, it looked like they were wrapped around each other fully clothed as if they were petting for awhile. After using the bathroom which was something I really had to do to begin with, I noticed that they changed positions at my couch and acted like they were asleep. Now I am feeling hurt because of this. Right now, I am also feeling kind of foolish as well. Then after a few days, she invited over to her new place. We hung out, drank, and talked. Since there was no furniture other than the mattress, we slept together. Nothing happened other than us sleeping. I went back to the town I moved from overnight to check up on my relativie. The next day I went to her apartment to wait for the furniture company since we agreed to do since she was at work. Once the furniture was in, we went out to one of our favorite eating place. She drove me in my car back home since I had a little too much to drink. Then she walked back to her apartment. About 30 minutes later, I saw her car through my window driving behind the apartment complex. It had to be her car, due to the unusal looking tail lights of that model car that no other car really has. I was thinking she went to that guy's apartment to spend some more time, but maybe not. I am hurt at this point, and I am wondering would I be right to distance myself from her?
