Baby slider turtle help?

Okay 3 days ago I found a baby red eared slider turtle, hes about the size of a quarter. He's been living in my sink and I've tried to feed him earth worms, beef jerky, carrots, some other green veggie that idk the name of. He took a few bites of the worm but thats all hes eaten in 3 days :(! I need help on what to do because im sooooooo scared that if I let him go that he's gonna die because he's so small. Also he looooves being held. Like he'll crawl underneath my legs or into my hoodie for warmth
