Giving a kitten a bath?

She is about 2-4 months old and has fleas. (She was a stray and was saved when almost killed by a dog) Most flea treatments can't be used on small kittens, and I can't find any for kittens around this area due to fail stores and what not. Will dish soap be okay? (Yeah I feel like a dumb *** for asking that, but the poor thing is covered in fleas and I have two other cats.) Any ideas that you guys have will be helpful. Also, any thoughts on Epson salt? (I hear it can get rid of fleas too >.>)
