How Many Frames Per Second Does The Human Eye See?

I wanted to know, since I got this new camera that does 720p @ 60 frames/second and looks so much like real life, if my eyesight is 60 fps. Some might even say its a slow jerky 30 fps, I personally don't believe that. I believe it is around 60fps or 55fps.
