11 and going scuicidal HELP!!!?

My friend is turning 11 in a week or 2. and shes going scuicidal!! she says she cant live with the jerky ***** she is. but shes the nicest person i know. how can i break her? i dont want her to commit scuicide. she claims that if she werent around it would solve everyones problems. HELP!!!I
