Beef Jerky stick hunt. Please help me?

Hi I use to buy this kind of beef jerky stick when the ice cream man come he carry lots of them in his ice cream truck. It is different from other beef jerky stick. It has a soft bite to it every time when you bite it taste so good the white juice kind of flow out of it making you wanted to eat more and get hooked on it. I don't see it sell in store no more. The last time I see it is only at Costco wholesale. Beef jerky expert or anybody please kindly give me insight? Thanks.
