So i just moved into an apartment. I loved when my family used to cook my meals. But right now im struggling to get 5 meals a day with clean protein. Say i eat eggs in the morning. Turkey sandwhich for lunch? Can someone help me with other things? (dont include protein shakes/protein bars, already taking them im looking for food/quick meals high protein low fat) nd not a real fan of beef jerky, if only i was =(
