Should i send a care package? ?

My cousin (her name is michelle) left for army basic training yesterday(fort leonardwood Missouri ) and I was thinking of sending her a package with pads & tampons, a reusable water bottle (klean kanteen), her favorite gum & mints, some snacks( baked chips, jerky etc) , a nice notebook , envelopes, stamps and nice pens , gel shoe insterts, deoderant, and shaving razors. Please tell me if I am even able to send her these and if you would have appreciated these items. Thanks :) (I plan on sending them in 1-2 months since she just left)
