See if you can find a copy of the book, "How to Speak Texan". It's pretty funny. Also, give him a bottle of barbecue sauce, a can of Wolf Brand Chili, a jar of Hell on the Red queso sauce, and Pace's Picante sauce. Include a peanut pattie, a praline, and a bag of Fritoes. (They're made in Dallas). A Texas Ranger souvenir would be nice. A refrigerator magnet shaped like Texas, a package of bluebonnet seeds, and a red bandana are other suggestions.
